欢迎使用 GNJAI(以下简称"本服务"),运营方为 Siege Investment(以下简称"我们")。注册或使用本服务即表示你同意本协议与《隐私政策》。

一、服务内容

本服务提供 AI 助手对话、图像 / 文档 / 演示文稿生成、AI 聊天应用和小应用搭建与分发等功能。部分功能按订阅档位或用量提供。

二、账号

• 你须使用本人真实有效的手机号、邮箱或第三方账号注册,并妥善保管登录凭证;账号下的操作视为你本人行为。
• 你可以随时在 设置 → 注销账号 删除账号及全部数据(见隐私政策第四条)。

三、订阅与付费

• 订阅按月计费并自动续订:iOS 端通过你的 Apple ID 扣款,当前周期结束前 24 小时自动扣取下一周期费用;可随时在 iOS 设置 → Apple ID → 订阅 中取消,取消后服务保留至当期结束。网页端订阅通过 Stripe 管理,可在账户内取消。
• 各档位包含相应的用量额度;充值包不过期。
• 退款按 Apple App Store 或 Stripe 的相应政策执行。

四、用户内容与行为规范

• 你上传或生成的内容归你所有;你授权我们在为你提供服务所必需的范围内存储和处理这些内容。
• 禁止利用本服务制作、上传、传播违法违规内容,包括但不限于:侵犯他人权益(名誉、隐私、知识产权、肖像与声音权)、色情、暴力、恐怖、欺诈、骚扰内容。
• 声音克隆功能仅限克隆你本人的声音;未经他人明确授权克隆他人声音属于严重违规。
• 你创建并分享的 AI 聊天应用、小应用及其产出内容,由你作为创建者承担责任。我们对被举报的内容有权先行下架处理。
• 发现违规内容,请在聊天设置页或应用页面使用「投诉举报」直接提交,我们会在核实后及时处理;你也可以删除好友、删除会话以屏蔽相关内容。
• 对违反本条的账号,我们有权视情节暂停或终止服务。

五、AI 生成内容声明

本服务的回复由人工智能生成,可能存在错误或遗漏,不构成医疗、法律、金融投资等专业建议。请自行核实重要信息,并对基于 AI 内容作出的决定负责。

六、知识产权

本服务的软件、界面设计、商标及非用户产生的内容归我们或相应权利人所有,未经许可不得复制、爬取或用于商业用途。

七、服务变更与终止

我们可能对功能进行调整、升级或下线,重大变更会提前通知。因不可抗力、第三方服务故障导致的服务中断,我们将尽力恢复但不承担由此产生的间接损失。

八、责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内,我们对使用本服务产生的间接、偶发、惩罚性损失不承担责任;直接责任以你过去 12 个月内实际支付的费用为上限。

九、其他

本协议的订立、解释与争议解决适用运营方注册地法律。协议部分条款无效不影响其余条款效力。

GNJAI Terms of Service

Effective date: July 5, 2026

GNJAI ("the Service") is operated by Siege Investment ("we", "us"). By registering or using the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

GNJAI provides AI-assistant chat, voice calls, image / document / presentation generation, shareable AI agents, and an AI mini-app builder. Some features are gated by subscription tier or usage.

2. Accounts

Register with your own valid phone number, email, or third-party account, and keep your credentials safe — activity under your account is deemed yours. You may delete your account and all data at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Subscriptions bill monthly and auto-renew. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews within 24 hours before the period ends; cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, with service retained until the period ends. Web subscriptions are managed via Stripe. Refunds follow Apple's or Stripe's applicable policies. Top-up packs do not expire.

4. User Content & Conduct

You own the content you upload or generate and grant us the license needed to store and process it to provide the Service. You must not create or distribute unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent, fraudulent, or harassing content. Voice cloning may only be used on your own voice. You are responsible for the AI agents and mini-apps you create and share; we may take down reported content pending review. Report violations directly from a chat's settings page or an agent's profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify important information yourself.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, and trademarks belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, scraped, or commercially exploited without permission.

7. Changes & Termination

We may modify or discontinue features with prior notice of material changes. We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party outages, though we will work to restore service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages; our direct liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of registration. If any clause is held invalid, the rest remain in effect.
